    This is Hoshino's highest selling premium quality matcha that is used at various Japanese traditional tea ceremonies because of its unique aroma and traditional hon-gyokuro production method (natural preparation, straw covering, and hand-picked), which makes it one of a kind.

  • The Yame region of Fukuoka has long been known as a producer of high-quality tea in Japan. Hoshino Village, located in Okuyame, is particularly famous for producing high-quality gyokuro tea, which boasts the highest quality in the country. In this misty mountain village, Hoshino manufactures and finishes their premium teas with sincerity, preserving centuries-old traditions.
