Shipping policy

The Products purchased from this Website will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such Products will pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier by Saku Saku Mart or its Affiliates. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of your purchase, shipping and handling fees are included with your purchase. Shipping dates and/or arrival times given are only estimates. For loss/damage claims, you must notify Saku Saku Mart within 3 days of the date of delivery if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged. Replacement of Products and credits to your account for shipped Products claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal service notification. Damaged items must be reported and include a photo in the ticket submission. We may adjust your account or provide a replacement for list/damage claims at our discretion.

Import & Customs Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products purchased through this site comply with all applicable laws, restrictions, and regulations in their destination country. This includes, but is not limited to, taxes, import duties, customs clearance procedures, food import and safety regulations, and prohibited or restricted items. We do not guarantee that products are permitted to be imported into every country. Any issues, fees, seizures, returns, or costs associated with customs or regulatory actions are the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders will not be refunded to customers who refuse to pay any local taxes, import taxes, tariffs, duties, etc.
